Portability , it is very convenient as it can be brought with us almost anywhere at anytime.

It also gives a immediate access to information which is very flexible.

It makes the user productive as they can use it at times where desktop is not avaliable , which at times time will be wasted.

Disadvantages:

The performances of the laptop is much less capable than the performances of a desktop.

The laptop also has a short battery life for up to a few hours minimum.

Laptop are subjected to more wear and tear due to its portability.

The desired properties of the processor in mobile phones are like the ability to connect to wireless network allowing communications. , they also allow communication wirelessly through phone calls and texts.  Mobile phone also have a camera device to capture images.

The advantage of documentation collection is that you will be able to get data that cannot be collected from other methods of fact finding methods and you will be able to get information from the observer fast and it will help you to understand the situation faster. Disadvantage - may have a lot of documents to go through

The advantage of interviewing is to  get information faster and more reliable as the people being interviewed should know more about the situation. Disadvantage - it is time consuming

The advantage of conducting a surevey is that information obtained tend to be less biased. disadvantage - people may not take the survey seriously
