I waited.

And then she called and said "now tell me what do you want to share"

I spoke everything.

Then she said " what I am understanding is there is this this problem. And some you can control, some you can't. So I am going to give you some advice that you can take or you may ignore"

Since then I am grateful to her because that was really my inflection point of fellowship journey. I understood what I did wrong. Where I failed. And what I want to do and what I don't want to do.

I really wanted to give her a sincere gratitude for that. I still have notes of all the chats we had.

I'd like to start with Abhidha (this may come across as a biased choice but can't help)🤪, for being a perfect mix of a manager, guide, and a super cool friend. Thank you for all the guidance and feedback, for supporting me when needed in front of other people, for reprimanding where it was most required, for letting go of the moments where I deserved a good scolding, and for being approachable and fun always. I'm never tired of boasting that I report to Abhidha to everyone outside Jharkhand and even to the Jharkhand team for the reasons I don't know.😁

I'm also thankful to the Assessment team, specifically Vandana, Vanashree, and CM for always being empathetic towards me and understanding my situations despite us all working from different places.

Thanks to Sampoorna HT team (Jitendra, Ashish, Bimal, Ankesh, and Ravi) who have always been patient and supportive as a team and are always available to respond to queries. Not to forget the LT team for keeping well with trackers despite this being a new addition to their work. 😬

To the PMs, thank you Hassaan for bearing with the lame jokes that I make and sharing very vital information related to physical literacy very nonchalantly every now and then in casual conversations. Thanks to Smita for responding to all questions that we pose with resilience and providing spaces for having critical conversations related to work and team...and also at times for leaving Farhan before time just because we wanted to go out. 🙈

Thank you Abhilasha for not at all giving the managerial vibes and at the same time getting your work done and also for being easy always. The room emits a fun vibe when you are in it.

And a big thanks to Manish and Shubham who've made working with new managers seem like a cakewalk now that they are in the assessment product. Thank you for the questions, feedback, and just adding on to the team. I feel more empowered now.

I'm hugely thankful to Priyanka for all the efforts she's made to adjust to the product and for being a great counterpart. Now I don't feel alone in assessments, thanks to you🥹 and I'm sorry that you have to deal with all the RAIL excels.

A little thanks to Parthi and Nidhi for the obvious reasons I believe everyone reading this knows and also for being who they are. It feels great to always have someone to fall back on and bitch about things.🤭

One person who has been wonderful to be around and I'm happy to call my team is Manish (Bharti). Fellowship management is not as difficult as I had thought it to be just because of you.
