Environmental pollution is a problem in all cities, countries and continents, small changes in our daily habits will be a great help to the environment, for example: using a bike for transportation, walking to work, reducing the use of air conditioning, making gardens on the roofs and green spaces, recycling the different elements, reducing the use of non-recyclable materials, buying only what is necessary, taking shorter showers and not throwing away food. Help to improve employee productivity, reduce health care costs due to fewer sick days, increase the retention rates and decreased turnover rates, help employee’s having more control over their work-life balance and work stress.

Disadvantages:
Cost associated with setting up and maintaining the programs, the university strategic objectives may not align with its’ employees, low employee participation in case there is no support from their boss.

- People could be take advantages of situation based on their gender.
- The companies could hire people who are not trained for the job in addition to get the female o male quote.

THESIS STATMENT
The importance of gender equality will help to all human kind, women and men can be look at same. It's important to look that women can do the "male jobs" and vice versa, and both have the same skills to perform any job. Is's important to encourage and help companies to have gender equity within their employments.
In house, the responsibility will be the same, and It's normal that a dad wants to stay at home with their children and be in charge of housework.
The government must give men and women the same rights and the same facilities, even if they want to work or if they want to stay at home being full time parent.
