To me, Bhninneka Tunggal Ika means Unity in Diversity. I think it's the national motto of Indonesia because all Indonesians have came from different tradition, culture and race but everyone is still equal because all of us are Indonesians and everyone in Indonesia are equal in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. 
2. I think Bhinneka Tunggal Ika should be applied in our group when everyone in my group will work effectively and there is no conflict and any ideas given from the members of my group will be accepted and don't argue about it.

I think that Binneka Tunggal Ika should be applied by people doing their work individually or working as a group and partners worked effectively and putting their best effort into it. I also think that if Bhinneka Tunggal Ika means that we are one then, it can apply on my project by working with people from different religions, cultures, countries and beliefs.
