Utilizing tools in teaching is very useful and significant for the learning of the students. A teacher should use different tools to aid their teaching and also to assist the learning and developments of the students. There are multiple tools to choose from such as graphic organizers, it has different forms in every purpose and competencies that a student may encounter. A teacher should also be ready to adapt the significant changes that will come since we are now in a whole new century and we already entered the digital era. One of the challenges that most educators have is that in a classroom full of students, this would also mean that you have a classroom full of uniquely different individuals, specifically on learning styles. However, our lesson earlier today helped me in order to seek deeper into the different methods of teachings different topics just like with the use of graphic organizers, to which as been defined by different educational websites to help students in almost every angle that's possible. Ome the of goal of being a teacher for his/her students is to learn and comprehend the lesson well, but how should the teacher know is the students are learning. That is why we have this what we called Diffirent Learning Strategies it is uses to assess or examine our students learning and also to assess the capabilities as a teacher to know if they did their job so that the students will lear and comprehend the lesson. As a future educators in this new era we must have a flexible mind and body to easily adapt the new system and adapt the new era, because it can be a benefit for both teachers and students. As we enter in a new system (Learner-Centered Approach) teachers should be attentive so that we can scaffold our students to reach their dreams and to become what they want to be. On the other hand, I understand about todays lesson is to utilize and use other learning strategies as well do not focus on one only explore as we want to, by that we can assess out students understanding easily and adaptively and to assess our capabilities as a teacher of whatever the outcome is.

Teachers need to pay close attention as we move into a Learner-Centered Approach so that we can help our students build a path to success. However, what I've learned from today's lesson is that we shouldn't limit ourselves to just one method of instruction but should instead experiment with different approaches until we find one that works for both our students and us as teachers.

We cannot create a lesson without considering the factors that might affect the discussion. We need to think of ways that will have a significant meaning to the learners, because we teach to inspire and learn. Therefore, we need to generate thorough plans that will be beneficial to both teachers and students. In a classroom with lot of students, most of them have different interest, so we need to consider that. Also, let's ponder the changes that we may face in the future. They said, the key to success is consistency, which is absolutely right. Yet as teachers, let's try to be more considerate, try to explore new strategies, and lastly, adapt with the new changes. We are more than what we think, we are capable of producing exciting activities, so let's not dwell on one strategy when we could do more, especially that we are in generation where technology is evolving, so let's make use of it.
