Janssen's Model of Change is the emotional one feels when they go through or are faced with change.

Knowledge- it can feel like there is a lack of knowledge especially when there is drastic change
Attitude- its easier to change when individuals have positive attitudes. People may also have negative attitudes when faced with any change.
Individual Behavior- Habits are hard to break for a person, so there could be negative behavior if someone is adverse to the change.
Group Behavior- If you can influence the group in believing that the change is positive, or that it is essential, there is likely to be a bandwagon effect and the change process will continue smoothly.

Paper to digital TOs-
The change implemented was directive. The AF as a whole decided that we were going to be a paperless AF so the direction of change was from the top down.
Airmen responded negatively. There weren't enough resources to implement the change properly, when there were resources they were of poor quality and the level of training was nonexistent.
Late majority- once the program came around and was fully functional, people were able to adopt it more easily. Once paper TOs were gone, people HAD to change.
