I live in Santa Marta. I live only but I visit frequently my mom. I live in the apartment, I see the sea from my windows. I live in Santa Marta, more exactly in Rodrigo de Bastas, near there is the main park of the neighborhood called Parque de Rodrigo de Bastas, about 15 minutes by car is the Luis Carlos Galan school. The area where I live is very quiet. In addition to Santa Marta, it has fantastic places to visit such as the Tairona gold museum. Something very important: the hospital is almost three blocks away.

I get up at 6 o’clock. I don’t eat breakfast because I don’t like eat in the morning. I don't have breakfast so I couldn't say that I eat in the morning. I get to the work in my car. I have lunch at 1 in the afternoon. I lunch rise, chicken or meat, potatoes or patacon and juice. I usually go back my home at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I watch tv, wash the dishes and cook my dinner. I dinner at 6 or 7 to the night. I frequently have dinner fast food. I go to my bed at 9 or 10 in the night. I go out to spend time with friends or rest at home. I try to practice often, but really only about four or three times a week.

In my free time, I like to read books, visit to the beach or whatch tv.

The main touristic places in santa marta  are Quinta de San Pedro, El Rodadero Beach, Tayrona National Natural Park and the Aquarium.

The typical food in my city is cayeye, carimañola and cocada. 

The cayeye is usually prepared with Buttermilk from the coast, green plantains, butter, cheese from the coast, oil, color, caramelized onion, eggs, long onion, red paprika, ripe tomato, salt, pepper and garlic.

The main celebrations in my city frecuently are Festivals of the sea, festivals of the alligator and the acceleration to the Virgen del Carmen

People usually possessions, dances, nautical games and special meals are made.

In my city visitors can enjoy the restaurants, visit the beaches and museums. Take the walk to the lost city or the coffee and cocoa tour. There are many fun and cultural things to do in Santa Marta.
