Also the texts says completely different things than the graphic novel. The ending is also changed in the Graphic novel. As the use of images helps emphasize the importance of things in the graphic novel so not as many descriptive words are needed. Images help paint the picture of whats happening instead of words in the graphic novel so words aren't as important. The graphic novel actually shows more of what's going on and what it looks like. It does impact the overall story. An example of that is at the end when the witches are looking in the brewing pot at the castle after the beheading of Macbeth. This was not shown in the original text. Another one is Malcolm being crowned. The visuals help describe things words can't. Also it is more entertaining and keeps people reeled in. Some weaknesses of the graphic novel is that it is not as descriptive as the original text. Some strengths of Original test is it has descriptive words since there are no pictures. A weakness is that it is more boring an harder to focus and keep readers reeled in.
