I also felt nervous because I was meeting her for the first time.&nbsp;<br><br>2. I tell my parents and jump around the house.<br><br>3. I talk to a friend or visit my cousins so I get distracted from that situation for once. After I feel better I try to find a solution for that problem.<br><br>4. I ask an adult/specialist at that particular skill or sometimes even my friends or try to research about it.<br><br>5. I like to listen to relaxing music when I am sad because then listening to relaxing music and meditating calms me down and then I have a fresh mind which makes me relaxed and feel strong.<br><br>6.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I am usually calm but when the news of our school re-opening came, I was really excited as it meant&nbsp; meeting friends and students after a very long time.&nbsp;<br>Celebration, to me means meeting friends over a meal, or spending time pursuing my passion.<br>When I feel low, then going for a long drive helps me clear my head. Watching a good movie with some hot chocolate fudge also does the trick!<br>Challenging situations are dealt with positively&nbsp; and I always look for the lessons that come with it. That helps to avoid a similar situation from occurring again.<br>Music, of all types, is always welcome!&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Figuring out the ways to work and turning our dining/bedrooms into our work space was tough. Now transition from working from home to work place all five days a week led me to feel anxious and happy at the same time.
