         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Decides <strong>how bills are passed</strong><br>- The House of Representatives <strong>propose laws</strong>, the Senate <strong>propose amendments</strong>, and the President of the United States <strong>passes or vetoes laws</strong>.<br>- HoR, Senate, and POTUS <strong>all</strong> need to approve laws to pass.<br>- If <strong>POTUS</strong> vetoes, <strong>2/3</strong> of the <strong>HoR</strong> <strong>and</strong> the <strong>Senate</strong> must approve it to override the veto and pass the law.<br>- The corresponding names for each vote must be recorded.<br>- If <strong>POTUS</strong> does not respond within <strong>10 days</strong> (discounting Sundays), the law will be passed.</div>]]></description>
