         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something that is often challenging for new teachers is thinking of ways to differentiate for different learning styles. Thinking of different ways of introducing new concepts to students. A lot of new teachers lean on one instructional strategy that they are comfortable with and will reteach the same way they taught the students to begin with.</div>]]></description>
