1. When your account is about to be played, customer will be informed first to ensure the account is not currently being used by the owner.

2. Vivy will notify you when the account is about to be played and when the session is finished.

3. Customers can request specific times for their account to be played by Vivy.

4. The account will be logged out from Vivy's device once the boosting is completely finished. The account owner is expected to change the password afterward for security reasons.

5. Free consultations are available, no charges.

6. For payments above $10, a 50% Down Payment is required. The remaining amount MUST be paid after half of the boosting process is completed. Full payment is recommended.

7. Price below $15 doesn't include paypal fee. GnS fee from customer. I receive FnF only from a customer who has ordered here before.

8. Feel free to ask directly if the type of services you want is not listed in the pricelist.
