Kyle Dion, can't stand the fact that he's going to be alone, he wants her, he wants to feel her touch, he wants her presence. Sadly, he also believes he can't even live without her. In the second bridge, he says,  "Am I the last guy you loved? Are you with somebody else?" Kyle doesn't want her to be with anyone else, he wants to be the last guy she ever loved, he's greedy for her love.
