How are you doing, I am doing well. Im now a majoring in mechanical engineering at Hanoi university of industry. When i came to university I learned a lot of skills like presentation skills, Organization skills, Communication skills, teamwork skills and many things. I can get new friends, new subject, I have practical some subject and improve my skills. But because of so many new subject so they are very difficult to learn. In the first time I get stressed because it really different from high school so I have to learn more skills. But I really enjoyed my university life. I want to report about the shaft that you gave me. There are some problem with it. It is not within the technical drawings. The length should be in 49,75 and 50,25, but the length of the shaft you gave me is 50,4 mm. The diameter is incorrect too, it should be between 5,996 and 6,004 not 6,015. But the hole depth is in correct size. So the shaft is rejected and you have to make a new one with the correct size and give me as soon as you can

Metals have two types they are non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Ferrous metals have iron in the metal like cast iron and steel, non-ferrous are not have iron like copper, aluminum and Titanium. Ceramic is white, can used to make bottles and easily melt down, the property of ceramic is brittle and corrosion-resistant. The composite materials are stainless steel, cast iron. They are cheaper, easier to make and better than the original metals because they have more resistant like corrosion- resistant, abrasion-resistant.

Robots can help us to save a lot of time at work. I have a vacuum robots name Xiaomi Vacuum E10 at home. It is round, weighted 7 kilograms and high 10 centimeters. It has Artificial intelligence, Drive, sensors and a little camera and can be controlled by app or button on its head. The camera is used to scan and make the robot know where to go. the artificial intelligence made it know where is the charger and will tell you when the battery low and need to charge. The sensor is made the robot move away or avoid objects. Its abilities are vacuum, cleaners. It cost me 4 millions and 5 hundred dong. Because it cheap so the noise when it vacuum is very loud.

Last month, I have been gave some problems with a machine that I worked with. The problems with that machine were clog up and overheat. They were happened when I made a workpiece with the mill machine in the workshop. The reason for clog up is out of oild and the tank is full of dust. I thought the machine is overheat because i made the machine move too fast and deep so the machine can not handel it. To solve this problems I had to Analysis, Problem identification, Brainstorm to deal with the problems. First I analysis and found out the vent is full of dust so i took it out i clean up carefully and top up the tank with oild to make sure it move smoothes. I felt really great and pround when found out the problem to fix it and make sure everything is ok.

This job is perfect for me because I will be the one that decides how the brand’s message will reach the clients so that the value of the product is decently conveyed.
