The organization I am working with is called ChICCCAA (Chicano Indigenous Community for Culturally Conscious Advocacy & Action). ChICCCAA is a community-based organization empowering all voices in the Inland Region. Also, ChICCCAA is the only service-oriented cooperative in Southern California. While most cooperatives are workers based with an aim of supporting workers in a cooperation, ChICCCA is service-oriented, meaning its focus is providing services to the people of the Inland Empire.

At the Ontario Museum of History & Art, there is only one section on the history of Native people and it is reserved solely for the pre-colonial and not has native people resisting changes in their environment.

Also during this time there is a youth protest movement which is happening with the larger pan-Indian movement across the country However, everyone who mention in the article has passed away, so the available knowledge for oral history is lost.
