NAIVE ART by Izzatul Hidayah binti Ahmad

I am really interested with the era of Naive Art. This art movements shows certain common features, there are other characteristics which are at variance with one another. Most of naive painters has their own vision in the world which in some mysterious way from any other art movements, but still in realistic view. The art of naive are just like childish paintings, but still in condition of the soul which particularly more unique dan commanding.

This work is looks like some of the movements of clouds and trees. The mountain was painted one-by-one trees, just like the downside. This work was more calm-looking because it is played with harmony colors.

This work is really interest me. It is seem like to show that our life sometimes grow some of happiness and the happiness comes from what we planted since we grew up. The size of flowers are more bigger than wheat. It is mean that Rabuzin painted based on what he saw, but still in his own visual wold, which is, he saw something more than realistic view

Ivan Rabuzin was born in 1919 in Kljuc near Novi-Marof, Yugoslavia.

Rabuzin used to be a village carpenter and became one of the greatest naive painters of all time. his unmistakable 'style' is marked by the use of blue and pink tones, and a myriad of bud-like shapes.

Rabuzin only shows what his eyes sees. The few chosen individuals who were lucky enough to be received by him, had no trouble in recognising his landscapes. His paintings transcend reality. He is able to do this because he is a great poet.

I choose Ivan Rabuzin because his naive painting was very nice and his pictures is a quintessence of its component parts, the clouds, the earth, the trees, the air and so on. Most of the paintings was circle-bud shape and used cold colors so that his paintings was quit calm.

Bruno Epple was born in 1931 in Rielasingen in the Hegau, Lake Constance, Germany.

Epple lives in Wangen where he teaches German and history. He started to paint in 1955, on little pieces of wood, not to pass the time, but as a way of discovering the truth behind the perceptible world. This search has led him to paint hospital and funeral scenes, for instance, subjects which seldom appear in naive painting.

He builds his pictures up slowly and carefully, using very fine brushes and several layers of paint. the result is an extremely subtle effect of shading and an exquisite delicacy of detail.

What i like of this artist is, his paintings had emotional meanings even the people in his paintings were not too realism. He not used perspective and lighting in his paintings, but still looked like the paintings was 'alive'.
