This position may include responsibility for Agriculture Science pathway courses such as:

·         CTE Biology: Students participate in hands-on life science labs, research assignments, and group projects focused on organisms, ecosystems, matter cycles, and energy flow through an Agriculture Science pathway approach, while utilizing Washington State Next Generation Science Standards.

·         Animal Biology A and B: Students study animal behavior, large animal production, nutrition, health management, disease prevention, livestock selection, and public policy related to animal agriculture through hands-on and live-animal learning experiences.

·         Veterinary Science/Vet Tech: Students explore animal health, veterinary practices, animal handling, anatomy and physiology, disease prevention, clinical skills, and career opportunities in veterinary and animal care fields.

·         Welding, Fabrication, and Metal Art: Students learn shop safety, welding setup and shutdown procedures, plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and welding, SMAW, GMAW, TIG welding, fabrication, computer-aided drafting, CNC plasma cutting, and project-based metal art design.
