The remaining tasks of a day keep getting added to the next day. Overwhelming backlog of tasks. This induces anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Have to manage time and effort. Hate it when people say work smarter not harder. Either way doesn't work out well for me. Would've been better if a day was 30 hours long, instead of 24.
