Today we began with identifying our Why. Eric Thomas was amazing. I am signing up for his daily reminders. This was really a great way to begin the morning. It really reminded me of why I'm here and my purpose in life. I also enjoyed the Book Tasting event our team participated in together. Regardless of what's ahead, my Why will guide my work on this year. Let the Good Times ROLL!

I learned so much today, but the most significant takeaway was learning the importance of community. Today I worked with my peers in our PLCs and developmental groups.
It was amazing seeing people getting along to have a clear objective. It was evident that respect and communication was key for community.
