Quality control in software development
Quality Control is taken as a strategy to ensure the continuous improvement of quality. It is a program to ensure the continuous satisfaction of external and internal customers through the permanent development of the quality of the product and its services. It is a concept that involves the orientation of the organization to the quality manifested in its products, services, development of its personnel and contribution to the general welfare. Continuous improvement is a tool that is currently essential for all companies because it allows them to renew the administrative processes they perform, which means that companies are constantly updated; In addition, it allows organizations to be more efficient and competitive, strengths that will help them stay in the market. In order to achieve software quality, an agreement must be reached with the explicitly established functional and performance requirements, with the explicitly documented development standards and with the implicit characteristics that are expected of all software defined as:

The software requirements are the foundations from which quality is measured.
The lack of agreement with the requirements is a lack of quality.
The specified standards define a set of development criteria that guide the way software engineering is applied; If certain criteria are not followed, there will almost always be a lack of quality.
There is a set of implicit requirements (the desire for good maintenance). If the software conforms to your requirements but fails to meet the implicit requirements of the software, you are left in between.
The quality of the software is a complex mixture of certain factors that vary for the different applications and the clients that request them. Quality assurance is an essential activity in any company that produces products that are going to be used by others. Prior to the twentieth century, the guarantee of quality was the sole responsibility of the person who built the product. The first formal control and quality assurance function was introduced by Bell Laboratories in 1916 and quickly spread throughout the manufacturing world. Today, each company has a mechanism that ensures the quality of its products, in fact, during the past decade have been widely used as market tactics explicit statement of messages that showed the quality offered by companies.
