·         If necessary, the nurse and the family will work together on a child welfare and health plan that records the need for objectives and support for further research, support and care
·         Make entries on the health card and give it to the  legal guardian
·         Give the child the next medical check-up time or indicate on the card when the parents can book it
·         If the child does not have enough time for the 1-2 year-old oral health examination, the family will be asked to contact the dental clinic
·         It is recommended that MPR be administered at 12 months of age and given at the age of 18 months
·         Record the collected information, the overall assessment and the plan for the electronic patient record
