         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Sparta everyone attended schools boys and girls alike. Spartan school for the boys focused mainly on the sole objective of creating an army, while school for the girls focused on physical fitness. They didn't have Greek or Writing classes instead they had 1001 ways to injure the human body. Once a Spartan was of age the women would be married off and the men would join the army.</div>]]></description>

Spartans would enslave the civilians from land they conquered and make them pay taxes as well as send majority of their goods to Sparta.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Athens schooling was heavily based on mastering the arts. Boys starting at the age of 6 until 14 would learn basic arithmetic and other subjects. At age 14 their primary schooling was complete they would then begin to work or study science and philosophy.  Women weren't allowed to go to school.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Athens political system was a true democracy. Every citizen above the age of 18 was allowed to vote. I say "Citizen" meaning any male that was born in Athens women and slave weren't considered citizens. Athens had a council of 500 which was selected by collecting every citizen above the age of 30 name and selecting 500 at random. Before anything was decided in Athens a meeting had to be called so every citizen could vote.</div>]]></description>
