Once upon a time, there was a boy named Andrew who loves to do innovative things from used or thrown plastic bags, metals and boxes. During pandemic lockdown he decided to learn more about how to do creative things with waste. Unfortunately, his parents doesn't like that because they wanted him to study instead of wasting time with useless activity. One day a world's waste management company named ' Green World Recycling ' held a worldwide competition on creating a useful thing with recycling items to create awareness and their aim was to try to reduce garbages on earth. Andrew decided to participate in the competition but his parents didn't bother him as they were not satisfied with his decision because they thought he was wasting time on useless things.
Andrew encouraged himself and started his project. He created an electric cloth drying hanger with used metals, plastics and boxes. After finishing his project he handed in his project to the company. After some days results were out and it was unexpected by Andrew and his parents. Shockingly he got first place in the worldwide competition among all competitive participants and got 10,000 US Dollar's, a gold medal and a valuable certificate as a gift.
Since that day, they parents learned to recycle things without thinking that it's a time wasting activity that help to reduce waste on earth. They even try to understand his creativity and encourage him more from that day. They also hope that this would be an example to others to recycle things and make the world clean in the future. Let's recycle waste things together and make the world clean!

Recycling is important as it's reduces the burden of the environment. Also, recycling saves a lot of energy because it can be converted into virgin materials.

We can re-use some materials such as glass bottle, aluminum can, newspaper, and plastic. Glass bottle can be used as vase, aluminum can as flower pots, and newspaper as wrapping paper. Moreover, if you have some food scraps such as egg shells, banana and orange peels, you can use them as organic fertilizers.

In addition, it saves a lot of resources too. It diminishes landfills, reduces deforestation, and lessens the need to create new material out of new resources

What is recycling? Well it is just the conversion of waste back into reusable material. For example, the wood from old newspaper and other paper waste can be converted and reused to make cardboard and other paper products. An indirect benefit is that these absorb carbon dioxide from and release oxygen back to the atmosphere.
Basically, we can use ice cream sticks as creative toys such as airplane crafts, puppets and etc.
Moreover, we can use old buttons into bold earrings. We can also sell this kind of bold earrings in online websites and earn money.
Other than this, toothbrushes are supposed to be replaced at least every three months according to the recommendations of dentist. So they're something you're likely to end up with plenty of. The most usual use for old toothbrushes is in household cleaning. They're bristles mean they're are prefect for scrubbing surfaces and the size of toothbrush also can get into places that are hard to reach.
So, from this we can get to know that recycling is more important to us.

Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into new materials and objects. The recovery of energy from waste materials is often included in this concept. The recyclability of a material depends on its ability to reacquire the properties it had in its original state.[1] It is an alternative to "conventional" waste disposal that can save material and help lower greenhouse gas emissions. Recycling can prevent the waste of potentially useful materials and reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, thereby reducing: energy usage, air pollution (from incineration), and water pollution (from landfilling). Use reusable bags instead of plastic. A weekly trip to the grocery store requires an average of 10 plastic bags to carry the entire load of groceries home. That is approximately 520 plastic bags per year for a single household. Rather than recycling the plastic bags, use reusable cloth bags that you can wash and reuse throughout the year.
2. Reuse scrap paper for crafts. Even the smallest bits of pretty fabric and paper can make a big impact. Turn them into strips of decorative tape and you’ll have beautiful trims ready to use.
3. Repurpose glass jars and containers. You’re paying extra for these food-filled glass containers, why not reuse them for other household items that need a new container? You can look up many green living ideas on Pinterest that will show you great ways to recycle plain glass jars into pretty home-products, ranging from food containers to decorative light-hangers.
4. Use cloth napkins and towels. Using cloth napkins and towels in the kitchen and bathrooms will help to reduce paper consumption and give you a reusable product, possibly saving you a couple hundred dollars a year.
5. Recycle electronics. Even if you’ve tried everything you can to revive your electronic device, laptop or computer, don’t just dump it in the garbage. You can donate it to charities that can fix it up or send it back to the manufacturer that will end up recycling the body and parts for other products. Some ink cartridge manufacturers will give you a prepaid label to mail back used-cartridges to recycle. Look into the manufacturers of your devices and find out about their recycling programs.
