It is best to drink water rather than sodas or sports drinks. Carbonated drinks do not provide your body with nutrients in ny way. Water keeps us hydrated while sodas can make us frequently use the bathroom. Sodas and sports drinks aid in gaining weight, while water is a healthier alternative because it does not make you gain weight. Keep in mind that 57-60% of the human body is made of water.

What makes food healthy? How can we tell what is unhealthy?

Food is healthy when it is fresh and when it comes from the Earth. It shouldn't have to be processed and shouldn't be high in saturated fats. We can tell what is unhealthy by just looking at the ingredients. If there are a bunch of chemicals that you can't pronounce then it is unhealthy. Also, when there are a lot of sugars.
