Position: Vice President, Employee Relations Department (ERD)

Role: Our department's main functions include help ensure harmonious industrial relations, uplift employee engagement and levels, enhance reward programs and mechanisms, manage conflicts/complaints by and against employees, promote work-life integration, protect occupational and mental health, among others. Most, if not all, are relevant to ESG reporting.

Position: Program Officer, EPMD

I am currently working as the personnel in charge of sustainable finace-related activities and programs under the Environmental Programs Management Department. EPMD primarily develops, manages, monitors and evaluates the Bank's various environmental programs, E&S risks management of Bank financed projects, sustainable finance-related policies in compliance with BSP Circulars on SF, which are all part of the sustainability report.

We ensure that all facilitites and equipment are efficiently operating. We'll continue to provide some of our branches & the Plaza building the solar panel system as an alternative source of power.

Department Manager of Project Management & Eng’g Dept

With excelent skills in planning and project management which can support the Bank’s program in sustainability such as the use of renewable energy.
