He is a member of the faculty of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he serves as a professor in the Departments of Gynecologic Oncology and Cancer Biology. Dr. Anil Sood now stands out as the Frank McGraw Memorial Chair in cancer research. Dr. Anil Sood also holds a number of high-profile leadership positions, including co-director of the MD Anderson Cancer Center's Ovarian Cancer Moonshot Program and director of the Blanton-Davis Ovarian Cancer Research Program. He remains an active researcher in his own right and has published numerous articles and book chapters, in addition to sharing his expertise as an invited lecturer at such events as the State-of-the-Art Ovarian Cancer Conference and the International Nanomedicine and Drug Delivery Symposium. Dedicated to supporting advancements in his field, Dr. Anil Sood has mentored students and physicians from the high school to the clinical fellowship level.
