family and less time protecting the institutions, organizations and programs that help close resource gaps in my community because a political power is in place that prioritizes providing those resources in an equitable way.

In an ideal world, we would work together to solve upcoming issues that will affect us all. I wish that people could be happy, healthy and productive, find their purpose and tribe but focus on the greater good, and world peace.

Other things that are really hitting my heart are dignity, due process, and ensuring the humanity of all.

I don't want an exuberant life but I do want a connected one.

The "good life" is where people have what they need to flourish, where systems enable flourishing. Where people live out values of belonging.

A world where "there is enough" is normative.

Care for one another is being human

The possibilities for expansion are endless, but I think where we start is simple conversations with people.

Not taxes, per se, actual donations to the lowest functioning communities until they are successfully lifted and then the next community or organization is identified to be supported.
