I used to think incorporating Edtech into lsp lessons is time-consuming especially when this group of students are our lower prog learners, they will require more time to adapt to using edtech tools/ apps. (*then such sessions will take away our stipulated lessons reflected in the lsp lesson plans)

I used to think that it's difficult to have ICT lessons for LSP due to time constraints and the rigor of the curriculum. Now, I think that it can actually be possible due to the alignment of the learning objectives to the syllabus. Having said that, I still think that it will take a bit of curriculum time just to set the routine in class.

I used to think that Ed Tech apps are time consuming and difficult to access.

Now, I think that most EdTech apps are now more user friendly and easier to use. But time is still a factor.

It is not doable to incorporate edtech as our lessons are so packed and time is limited. Now I think it can be done since our colleagues have personally tried and are strongly advocating its use.

I used to think that paid apps would offer the best outcomes. Now I think it’s not necessarily true. After today, selected free apps do value add to our programme and I would like to try but of course using the checklist as a guide in my selection.

I used to think that there is only one way to track students' progress... Now, there are apps (Edtech) that do that can do that for you (so it's what you do with that data now)..

As a beginner LSC, I am closely following the guidelines provided in the LSP guideline. Now I plan to incorporate the use of ed tech like Lalito into my lessons as I realise that it enhances the learning of my students.

The benefits of EdTech is not worth the time spent on it.

EdTech can be harnessed, with targeted sites / apps, to aid and assist students in their learning.
EdTech can help motivate students to improve and learn
EdTech can be used to support students outside school as well.

I used to think that it is impossible to use Edtech tool for LSP but now I think it is doable.. and there are many other times that we can use Edtech tool other than the actual LSP lesson.

I have started using Nessy because my current school has accounts for every LSP student. I used to resist the introduction of games/ apps due to time constraint but after today's sharing, I understand how I can better implement Edtech more effectively into my LSP lessons :)

I used to think that using edtech in LSP was not feasible due to the time constraints.

I am now aware of some of the EdTech tools which can be used. I will look to see how they can be used to support students during IEP/GEP as well as after school
