For the lower grade levels, many teacher mentioned playing games, etc. online and for the older ages technology seems to be used a lot for textbooks as well as for students to create work online. For problems faced many teachers mentioned bad wi-fi, students not being on task, and the fact that many teachers and/or students are not technology savvy.

Many teachers brought up how inconstant and unreliable technology can be. One brought up how embarrassing it can be to stand up in front of a class and have the projector quit working. Another common problem that comes with using technology is that students get distracted and use other websites when not permitted to do so. Guided learning is a resource that allows the teacher to control what websites students are allowed to access.
