         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are two different types of bone tissue, compact and spongy. Spongy bone tissues have small holes in them which gives them the name of spongy tissue. Because they have so many holes in them the are not as dense as compact bones. Short bones like your wrist are mostly made up of spongy tissues. Compact tissues are the outer part of bones, they are made up of dense web fibers. Long bones like your arm are mainly made up of compact tissues, but they also contain spongy tissues as well. </div>]]></description>

Red bone marrow makes red blood cells, It is found in spongy ends of bones and is some flat bones. The periosteum is the parts on your bones that aren't covered by cartilage, it is a membrane covering the bone, that also contains blood vessels, and nerves.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A joint is where two bones meet, these two bones are connected by a ligament, and ligaments can stretch so the bone doesn't move apart. There are two types of joints Immovable and movable. Immovable joints can't move and are mostly in your skull, movable joints can move and offer wide ranges of movement, they help you move your hand. There are three types of movable joints,&nbsp;hinge, ball and socket, and pivot. Pivot lets your bones rotate they are found in your neck lower arm, ball and socket allowing bones to rotate in all directions it is found in your hips and shoulders. Hinge allows bones to move back and forth in one direction, they are in your fingers, elbows, and knees.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Skeletal Muscles- Skeletal Muscles are the muscles that are attached to your bones. You can also control your skeletal muscles by contracting them, in order for them to move they push on the bone. Your skeletal muscles can also change over time, they can change if you exercise.<br>Cardiac Muscles- Cardiac Muscles are found in the heart. It is an involuntary muscle that is used to pump blood throughout your heart which moves it through the body, it does this by contracting and relaxing. Cardiac muscle cells have branches with disc's at the ends of them that contract all at the same time.<br>Smooth Muscles- Smooth muscles are involuntary muscles that move material through the stomach, like food. It also controls the movement of blood through vessels. <br><br></div>]]></description>
