Stephanie has been at a MCP for several years, they love it, it rejuvenated many of the staff. Rediscovered love for teaching. Students are motivated! SPED benefits tremendously.

Keith: Challenges with students learning in different ways, need to break traditional teaching norms and use all available resources (tech, AI, etc.) to help facilitate a schedule and program that wworks for all learners.

Leonal: Finding ways to support teachers in using technology to support learners who are at different stages of learning. Support increase in use of tech to teach students 21st century skills along with this model.

My aspiration for this course is similar to Catherines. I want to inspire our teachers to implement ways that best support our students.

Brenna: We have a growing number of teachers being trained and implementing MCP. I want to be able to support them in implementation so they can be successful and our students as well!

Clear understanding of the MCP model and benefits of MCP for all stakeholders. Also getting "veteran" teachers onboard with new ideas.

My goal for my participation in the MCP cohort is to see how I can leverage the this instructional support deepen our practices around tailoring and personalizing instruction for our advanced and gifted learners.
