         <description><![CDATA[<p>Looking for change, instructional learning practices for all students. </p><p><br/></p><p>Joi shared that her school started with CPS and they are excited to do MCP.</p><p><br/></p><p>Alternative learning centers, MCP is going to be a nice merge/fit for staff.  Benefit for SPED students. </p><p><br/></p><p>Stephanie has been at a MCP for several years, they love it, it rejuvenated many of the staff.  Rediscovered love for teaching.  Students are motivated!  SPED benefits tremendously.  </p>]]></description>
