A moment in Eraser Tattoo that developed character would be when Dante said "he knew the sting wouldn't last forever but the scar would", this quote showed to me that Dante was strong and not just meaning the pain he was in because of the scar he is strong because he is letting Shay go without showing her how panicked he was.

After reading Eraser Tattoo where is the love shown in this text? Is it all the same love towards everyone or divided love between people?

The setting in Eraser Tattoo is significant because it adds more suspicion and wonder. For example in the text when Dante says "he had never heard of Wilmington, so he figured it was far. Figured it was a place buses couldn't go." This quote showed that the setting of Wilmington is strange to Dante and is maybe even scaring him in some way. Another example would be when Shays mother mumbled "wasnt even out of the house yet before they started moving in all there ----." This quote shows the setting of their home and how she feels rushed out of it and its showing also how annoyed the mother is and how scared she is of this new change to Wilmington.

In the story I read today wasSunny Days and Long Walks on the Beach in the story it states " she had finally realized that she too liked the sunny days and long walks on the beach." This shows character devlopment because at first Nai didnt wanna go anywhere and she wasnt postive about it, then she realized how Cali wasnt that bad as she thought.

I think the subtext here lies in the saying "no doubt homie" because it ties back to when Dante first said I love you to Shay.
