Between 80% and 90% of people with depression eventually respond well to treatment, and almost all patients gain some relief from their symptoms. Depression can be treated in two different ways; medication and psychotherapy “talk therapy.” There are a couple of ways people can prevent and help reduce their symptoms those being: exercising regularly, getting enough quality sleep, a healthy diet, and avoiding from alcohol. &nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
