Today I listened to Young and Beautiful by Lana Del Rey. I found it while watching a battle on The Voice Norway with Natalie Beisland and Ingeborg Ruud.

I just love watching The Voice from different countries, it always makes me feel good. And this song… I don’t know why, but it hits different.

It’s so beautiful and emotional, and every time I hear it, I think of my husband ❤️

Saturday we saw a movie called "The Butterfly Effect". It's from 2004 and tells a story about Evan. Evan casually haves blackouts and don't remember what did in a short period, latter he's discovered the power to back in time in thoose blackouts and change the whole history.

On Sunday we discovered a new word: 'hula hoop'. In Portuguese, we call it 'bambolê'. While interacting with some family members, my cousin’s daughter came to us and asked, 'Do you know how to say 'bambolê' in English?' She surprised us with the question because it’s not something people usually ask. Then she said, 'Hula hoop.' That was a new word for us.

As I mentioned before, I love watching The Voice, and this past week I discovered this battle. I just fell in love with it and couldn’t stop listening. Today I listened to it practically the whole day while working. At some moments, I even followed along with the lyrics to sing it correctly, and I ended up singing all day long. My husband can confirm that, hahaha.
