         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The water cycle is when the ocean or a lake heats up and makes&nbsp; water vapour. Then this water vapour raises and condenses into clouds. Then the clouds get heavy and then rain restarting the cycle.<br>2. Cirrus are high altitude clouds that are long and thin and look kind of wispy. Cumulus are very puffy clouds that kind of look like mash potatoes and usually bunch up. Stratus are clouds that are like huge sheets and kind of look the ocean.<br>3. Air Pressure.<br>4. Low pressure systems make rain when hot air comes out of the ground and cold air rushes into replace it the hot air rises and forms rain clouds.<br>5. when small ice particles lift higher than the larger ones, the small particles carry a high positive charge and the larger ones a negative charge.</div>]]></description>
