I would also think that having growth mindset articles for parents in a school newsletter or in the Sounder would help provide information about growth mindset. Pairing with PTO and/or public library to host speakers who can inform and teach this topic to the community would be great.
Another idea would be to have an open house at some point in the year where we highlight the good things that happen in the classroom - art, music, forensics, etc - and have mini-talks on growth mindset and other issues that are effecting kids.
