With all of the musical elements described in this book, it really does make up every song ever. From "repetition" to "the perfect moment", there is so much in this book to learn about. After reading this book, sitting down and analyzing a song or album is a lot easier in a way. I think some parts of the book can be frustrating in that they are very vague about what the element is about. For instance, I feel that the "linking" chapter was extremely subjective.
