Talks went nowhere and eventually, Jessie found out that Mr. Neeley was trying to kill her. She ran away. She met a couple. She tried to talk to them, but she was speaking like it was the 1800s. It would've been fine if she was in the 1800s limbo of Clifton, but she was not in Clifton. We flash forward to Jessie wearing 90s clothes in Clifton. She sits on a rock and looks out in the distance while the sun started set.
