         <description><![CDATA[<div>Asking if someone is OK or having a short friendly chat with them could save their lives.&nbsp;<br><br>Often a victim of cyber-bullying is just looking for someone to be a little nice to them.&nbsp;<br><br>If you see someone unhappy at school or notice a nasty post about someone, don't be afraid to offer a supporting ear to that person.&nbsp;<br><br>You do not have to make a public stand and draw unwanted attention to yourself. <br><br>You can help by simply having a conversation with someone who is going through a hard time. <br><br>Smile at them, say hello, ask them how their weekend was, compliment their hair or clothing. It won't cost you a thing! <br><br>Remember you could easily be on the receiving end of cyber-bullying. How would you want people to treat you?&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
