South African parents have been informed that their children who have disabilities can not attend the main stream schools. Children with disabilities are forced to stay home until an alternate school is created. A child named Rito is eight years and and has yet to attend a school. This issue occurred in 2017. This violation if concerning because it doesn't allow specific students to be educated. They are separating these children based on physical and mental abilities. The government of south Africa has created barrier between children just because some have disabilities.

continuing from a different article the government is still discriminating children with disabilities in 2018. Elin Martinez has stated that, "The South African government needs to admit that it is not providing quality education to to all of its children, in fact, no schooling at all to many who have disabilities. The job is not done until all children count just the same in the education system”. The government has yet to admit to anything stating their education systems. A mother of a disabled eight year old told reporters that her child was turned down from mainstream schools because of their disabilities, “We tried to put him in a mainstream school but they said they couldn’t put him in that school because he has disabilities. Because Down’s syndrome he isn’t like other children so they said they can’t teach him. At the therapy they promised to phone if there’s a space in a special school. I’ve been waiting since last year”. Not only have disabled children not been able to attend schools with other children they have to wait to get into other schools.

Syria village, jarjanaz was faced with fear when their government launched projectiles in a deadly attack. This attack killed six children, a teacher and a students mother, while seriously harming another thirteen. This article shows how that students do not have protection. How is a student supposed to study for a test if they are faced with the fear if whether or not they will survive a day at school? This is not the only attack. In November and December there was at least eight attacks on this Syria village. Although no one was reported hurt you could image the fear. All these young students are having to deal with missiles exploding in the distance. The Syrian government has yet to provided civil protection for their country.
