Found out it to be more effective as compared to the previous Prism courses. Would suggest revision of all courses in the same pattern. However, I still feel that ICs need training to support teachers in their reflective writing as the most ICs have not done PDQ themselves.
Moreover, schools still need support to make peer review sessions productive and a worth learning experience.
