Consider the use of the rubric where ever possible. Consider each criteria and form your question around encouraging the student to give you evidence for a higher criteria.

For Example:
For rubric 3, the student has identified a learning need, but has not explain how they evidenced this as the ZPD. You could ask them :
What evidence did you use to identify the learning need or ZPD?

For rubric 7, the student has achieved 7.3 "critiques their own clinical practice" and discussed where they have achieved and not achieved their goal, but has not used theory and research to identify things they will do to improve this in their future practice, identifying their own learning needs as TC's to achieve the 7.4 "Synthesises knowledge about reflexive practice for future teaching". You could ask them: How have you reflected upon this teaching experience using the theory and/ or literature to identify things you can work to improve in your future practice?
