         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stuffed Chicken with Stuffed Rice<br><br>Materials<br>1 large chicken<br>For the stuffed rice<br>1.5 cups of rice<br>2 onions<br>1 tablespoon of currants<br>1 tablespoon of peanuts<br>2 cups hot water (you can also use chicken broth)<br>2 spoonful butter<br>1/2 teaspoon cinnamon<br>1 teaspoon of salt<br>1 teaspoon of black pepper<br>For the above<br>1 tablespoon of butter<br>1 teaspoon lemon juice<br>1 teaspoon ground pepper<br>The place of the New Year's turkey on the New Year's table is completely different and permanent. But if you are going to set up large New Year's tables again, the chicken comes to your rescue with all its majesty, and it deserves to be included in your New Year's menu as a delicious and fruitful delicacy by turning into stuffed chicken with rice.<br><br>How is it done?<br>Finely chop the onions. Melt the butter in the rice cooker. Fry the chopped onions until they turn colour. Add the rice and fry for 5-6 minutes. Add the pine nuts, currants, black pepper and cinnamon. Fry for 2-3 more minutes. Add hot water and close the lid of the pot and let it steep for 10 minutes.<br><br>Add the stuffed rice you prepared with the help of a spoon into the cleaned, boneless chicken. Tie the legs crosswise so that the chicken does not separate while cooking. Mix the butter, lemon juice and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Grease the chicken with the butter mixture you prepared.<br><br>Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Armenian New Year is full of various symbols, traditions, customs, and traditional Armenian New Year dishes are among the elements of traditions and customs.<br></em></strong><br></div><div><strong><br>Armenian New Year Dishes<br></strong><br></div><div>Modern Armenian New Year table suggests a certain set of snacks and hot dishes, sweets and fruits.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Armenian New Year Pork<br></strong><br></div><div>Armenian cuisine has always been attractive by a variety of meat dishes. In recent years, the main dishes on the New Year table have become pork ham filled with various spices - garlic, allspice, ground hot black and red pepper, as well as turkey baked in the oven with apples, stuffed with nuts and other dried fruits.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Armenian Kyufta Recipe<br></strong><br></div><div>Must-have hot <a href="https://www.gardmantour.com/articles/top-15-armenian-foods-you-should-try-in-armenia.html">dishes</a> of traditional Armenian New Year Table are dolma (cabbage rolls in grape leaves) and kyufta.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>If many people know about Armenian dolma, then kyufta is a specific dish. Steamed beef should be cleaned of fat and beat with a wooden hammer to obtain a pasty mass. Add salt and pepper and continue to beat until it turns white.<br><br></div><div>Then put the mass into a wide plate, pour in the vodka and continue to beat until it becomes slightly thin. Add an egg, flour and finely chopped onion, mix thoroughly and beat again until the mass becomes homogeneous.<br><br></div><div>Boil water in a large saucepan, make balls of large diameter from the resulting mass and boil them for 40-50 minutes until they are ready. Serve hot kyufta with melted butter.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Basturma and Sudjukh<br></strong><br></div><div>The most favourite cold meat <a href="https://www.gardmantour.com/articles/christmas-dishes-in-armenia.html">dishes</a> on the Armenian New Year table are basturma and sudjukh. Basturma is a piece of beef, salted, pressed, covered with a layer of sharp dressing called chaman and air dried. Sujukh is made of seasoned ground beef, dried in the air. Both basturma and sudjukh are served on the table very thinly sliced.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Armenian New Year sweets<br></strong><br></div><div>According to tradition, there should be at least five to seven kinds of sweets on the Armenian New Year table. These sweets are paklava, kozinakh (boiled honey with roasted walnuts), Armenian snickers – Sweet Sudjukh, various dried fruit, <a href="https://www.cocoanoircafe.com/milk-chocolate">chocolate</a> and Gata, made from various types of dough.<br>Armenian New Year table is empty without Armenian cognac and wine.<br><br></div><div>The symbols of the New Year in Armenia are the same as in many other countries - an elegant Christmas tree and Dzmer Papi (Santa Clause). In addition, everyone is trying to decorate houses with figures symbolizing the coming New Year according to the eastern calendar.<br><br></div>]]></description>

It was a large bread kneaded with wheat flour, milk and homemade oil. According to the tradition, it was baked by old women of the house. The annual baking was a big ceremony. They put gold or coins in it. Gata is cut on Christmas Eve, when all the family members are gathered at the table.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Baked bread is a round loaf of bread with holes in it, which symbolizes fertility and wealth. Decorating the face of the annual with seeds and fruits symbolizes the idea of ​​the abundance of annual bread։ fruits.          <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Divide the butter into cubes. Sift the flour, pour it on the table. Pour the butter cubes on the flour, cut with knives, mix. Do not touch the dough with your hands. Mix until the mixture looks like wet flour with very small balls. Make a hole in the mass. 200 g sour cream 1/3 spoon. Mix soda, when the sour cream rises, pour it on the flour. Mix again with knives until smooth. Another 200 g sour cream 1/3. spoon. Mix with soda, pour on the dough. When the dough becomes homogeneous again, add the last part of sour cream. You will get a soft dough. Squeeze it lightly with your hands, make a bowl, share. Open each bowl, spread 25 g of butter, fold the envelope, put in the refrigerator for two hours. Open the second ball with the same egg, put it to cool. After two hours, take out the dough, open it, spread 25 grams of butter each, fold the envelope, put it back in the refrigerator. It will be good if the dough stays in the fridge overnight. Chop two cups of walnuts for the filling, mix with sugar, cinnamon or egg white. Open one of the doughs, which will be smaller ար uneven, the size of a frying pan. Pour the walnut kernel on it, spread evenly. Open a relatively large dough ball, put it on the filling, fasten the edges so that the filling does not come out. Beat egg yolk, spread on dough. Then carefully cut the dough, first in a vertical line, then diagonally, to get baklava pieces. Put in a hot oven at 180 degrees, bake until it rises and turns red. Take it out, pour honey on it so that it flows over all the pieces. Leave to cool, cut և serve.<br></em><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients<br>375g butter<br>600g sugar<br>6 eggs (divided into yolks and whites)<br>a pinch of salt<br>zest of 2 oranges<br>1/2 cup of orange juice<br>200g yogurt strained<br>1 tsp vanilla extract<br>750g self rising flour<br>Instructions<br>Start by dividing the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites in the mixer with a little salt and put them aside. In a bowl beat the butter, the sugar and add one by one the yolks.Add the orange juice, the vanilla extract, the orange zest, the yogurt and stir until combined. Then, add the flour and the meringue and mix. Preheat the oven to 200 C degrees. Butter the oven pan and sprinkle it with flour. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let your Vasilopita cool down completely. Wrap a coin with aluminium foil and stick it in the cake.</div>]]></description>
