Malaysia is a small country in South East Asia. It has a population of about 24 million. There are Malays, Chinese, Indians and many other ethnic groups. Many tourists visit Malaysia because of its warm climate, beautiful scenery and friendly people.

First of all, Malaysia is located near the equator hence it does not experience the four seasons. There are no winter, spring, summer and autumn here. It is sunny and rainy throughout the year.

Next, Malaysia consists of Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Peninsular Malaysia is situated south of Thailand. There are 14 states in Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia is very near Indonesia. It comprises of Sabah and Sarawak. Malaysia has lots of lush greenery, beautiful mountains and lots of wildlife.

Then, Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia is famous of its architecture and famous building like the Petronas Twin Towers. The cultural aspect of the city can be seen at Pasar Seni where souvenirs and beautiful handicrafts are sold. As soon as you are in Melaka, head to the Jonker Walk where the night market has lots to explore from local cuisine to exotic antique pieces. The British fortress, A Famosa is in Melaka. In getting glimpses of culture and traditions of Sarawak, visit the famous Cultural Village. In Sabah, the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park is famous for its long, sandy beaches, diverse coral reefs, tropical jungles and waterfront houses built on stilts. Moreover, the Manukan island is perfect for parasailing and snorkelling. Later, swing by the Kek Lok Si Temple in Penang that houses lots of images of Buddha, majestic pagodas and archways. At last, to enjoy a cool and refreshing vacation, head over to Genting Highlands for the cool weather unlike anywhere in Malaysia and enjoy the attractions such as the theme parks, performances and exciting concerts!

All in all, there are a lot more things to describe about Malaysia but certainly, the climate, landscape and places around the country best define Malaysia for a memorable vacation experience.
