2020 was tied as the hottest year on record with 2016.  

2016 was also the year with the largest snowstorm in NYC - 27.5 inches. 

Early 2021 – January – More than 16” snow has fallen in NYC on Monday (Feb. 1st), and will continue to reach over 20” or 22” inches.
