We had many questions regarding our findings last week. After the consultancy classes we had a team meeting. We made a clear plan on how to move forward, and we've set a clear deadline for next Wednesday.

We had a good start of the SBD Q4 project by working on the internal analysis in a shared drive document. For now, all the standard topics including mission, vision, strategy, product range, services, marketing, and organization & people is done. At the meeting on Friday we shared our thoughts about the first written parts and divided more topics between the 4 of us while the other 2 group members work on finalizing the SE project. A productive and efficient meeting including compliments about Beatrice's hair and comments on the lighting in Bram's room. Within that meeting we discussed the desk research performed and we divided the task once more. Moreover, we evaluated how everybody was doing (mentally) and on their tasks.
