I fear that the reason why many feel that we need more clearly defined roles is that there is a belief that we will lose our Instructional Coaches and Reading Specialists in the future. The station rotation with targeted pull out is the best model currently with our current school dynamics. OneDrive and OneNote have the ability in theory to support the Highly Customizable curriculum but have experienced significant technical issues that make their true implementation unrealistic at this point.
