it is very hard to get used to a certain schedule and then change it completely.
-it is hard to track every course when you have multiple courses. 
pros- 
it is comfortable to learn from home.

The e-learning materials are eco-friendly, because no paper is needed for online books.

cons- 

There are technology difficulties such as Internet problems.
Not everyone has a computer or smart phone.   
It is not suitable for every teacher\pupil.
Require learning motivation and independence from the students.
