Fitness should be a part of our life to stay healthy. So, the way our team plans to reach the goal is by planning a healthy eating plan to give our body the nutrients while staying within the daily calorie goal for weight loss. Absolutely, having an effective nutrition plan is usually pretty crucial to achieve success or reach the goals. So, we plan to concentrate on eating a nutritious, balanced diet every day as nutrition is one of the most important parts of fitness. In general, eating plans that contain 1,200–1,500 calories each day will help lose weight safely or contain 1500-1800 calories each day are suitable for those who weigh more. The results, we decide to maintain the calories each day in order to reach the goals by eating healthy food helps improve health, and can also enable us to reach fitness goals.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

It is normal for anyone to feel gloomy and uninspired from time to time as regular human beings. This is a challenge that everyone will confront at some point in their lives. As a result, one of the finest methods to raise an individual's spirit is to offer support and words of encouragement so that they may regain the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the collaboration provided by all members of the group is the most important aspect in the success of reaching this aim. This is because, we who are in the college have limited time to do activities outside the college to maintain the standard operating procedure (SOP) which is highly emphasized by the government to reduce the risk of Covid-19 virus infection. Due to the limited class time and time allocated to do outdoor activities in the college, sometimes we do not have time to do outdoor activities.To overcome the obstacles mentioned above which is the limited time to do outdoor activities, we do sports activities only in the college area. We use the facilities provided by the college such as courts where the use time is longer. Therefore, we are able to carry out sports activities to complete the work of this e-portfolio.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Next, food craving is one of the challenges that we face during the fitness process. For many of us ,cravings kick into high gear when we're stressed or anxious, especially at midnight. This happens when we face a lot of assignments that we need to do. Due to this, we crave food at night, even when we are not hungry. That's why many of us turn to food for comfort, stress relief or to reward ourselves. Afterward, not only does the original emotional issue remain, but we also feel guilty for overeating. So, we cannot deny that we will eat more when we are feeling stressed, not hungry when we are full, we eat to feel better or relate with emotional issues. In fact, we know that eating at late night might affect our healthy body but to avoid food craving while studying at late night sessions, it's difficult to avoid. To overcome the obstacles mentioned above, which is food craving, we schedule meals to help from overeating and to avoid ruining our progress to lose weight during 1 month. From this, we will be able to control our meal in this diet plan and achieve the desired weight which is 2 kg.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
