He wanted to be an affinity person.  Before he became a chairman of the company, he had had many kinds of jobs that come up through the rank.  Through the experience, he knew what will happen when they are at the bottom of the company so he knew he should care about his employees no matter they are in a higher rank or a lower rank.    Only a person that earns his employees' respect can run his business well.  To become a successful person, his affinity is the key.

This decision made him had the chance to establish STARLUX Airline. He used to be the chairman of EVA Air, but after his father died, their cousins drove him out of the EVA Air. He had once wanted to snatch away the position of chairman. But he chooses another way to revenge. He wanted to establish a new airline company to cause an impact on Taiwan’s airline business.
